2. HOW TO JOIN RCM BUSINESS OR HOW TO BECOME DIRECT SELLER?

TO JOIN IN RCM BUSINESS YOU MUST HAVE THIS THREE DOCUMENTS:

1. PAN CARD/ ADDHAR CARD OR ANTY ID PROOF ISSUED BY CENTRAL OR STATE GOVERNMENT.

2. BANK PASSBOOK / RATION CARD OR ANY ADDRESS PROOF DOCUMENT ISSUED BY CENTRAL OR STATE GOVERNMENT MENTIONING YOUR ADDRESS.

3. ONE PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO.
                                                            AFTER SUBMITTING IT TO COMPANY WEBSITE IT GIVES YOU REFERENCE NUMBER ( WHICH IS TEMPORARY NUMBER TO MAKE PURCHASE).
AFTER 2 TO 3 WORKING DAYS WHEN KYC PROCESS IS COMPLETED BY COMPANY. THEN  YOU WILL GET YOUR ID NUMBER ( WHICH IS YOU PERMANENT NUMBER). IN YOUR REGISTER MOBILE NUMBER. TO ACTIVATE YOU ID NUMBER YOU MUST HAVE TO PURCHASE THE RCM PRODUCT OF RS.1000/- FOR FIRST TIME. AFTER THAT THEIR IS NO MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM LIMIT.
                                                             BUT THERE IS ONE CONDITION IF YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING ANY  RCM PRODUCT ON YOU ID NUMBER FOR CONTINUOUSLY THREE MONTHS YOUR ID AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED. YOU MUST HAVE TO PURCHASE AT LEAST OF RS.100 PER MONTH IN YOUR ID NUMBER TO GET PERFORMANCE BONUS.

 3. MARKETING PLAN OF RCM BUSINESS?

TO UNDERSTAND THE MARKETING PLAN OF BUSINESS WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND CERTAIN WORDS USED IN MARKETING PLAN:-

1. BUSINESS VOLUME (B.V):-  IT IS VALUE OF PRODUCT ON WHICH THE SALES INCENTIVES IS CALCULATED. THE BUSINESS VOLUME (B.V) OF PRODUCT MAY BE EQUIVALENT TO SELLING PRICE OR DIFFERENT AS DECLARED BY COMPANY. IT MAY BE CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE COMPANY. IT CAN BE SEEN ON COMPANY WEBSITE.

2.  MAIN & OTHER LEGS (GROUP):- THE LEG (GROUP) WITH HIGHEST BUSINESS VOLUME IS CALLED MAIN LEG (GROUP) OF DIRECT SELLER. ALL THE LEG OTHER THAN THE MAIN LEG ARE CALLED OTHER LEG (GROUP) BUSINESS VOLUME MAY BE DIFFERENT IN DIFFERENT MONTHS DEPENDING UPON YOUR TEAM PURCHASING OR SELLING  PERFORMANCE.

3. CALCULATION OF SALES INCENTIVE ON DIFFERENT BASIS:- NET SALES INCENTIVE OF DIRECT SELLER IS CALCULATED BY DEDUCTING SALES INCENTIVE OF DOWNLINE GROUP FROM SALES INCENTIVE OF TOTAL GROUP. SALES INCENTIVE IS CALCULATED ON A FIXED PERCENTAGE OF BUSINESS VOLUME OF THE PURCHASE MADE BY DIRECT SELLER & THEIR GROUPS ON DIFFERENT BASIS AS FOLLOWS:

CALCULATION OF PERFORMANCE BONUS

BONUS OF TOTAL LEGS ( GROUPS) = 1,01,000*21.5
                                                                                         100 =( 21,715)
LESS: MAIN LEG (GROUP) BONUS = 80,000*21.5
                                                                                   100 = (17,200)
LESS: OTHER LEG (GROUP) BONUS= 16,000* 14 
                                                                                      100 = (2,240)     
NET PERFORMANCE BONUS IS = (21,715 -19,440) RS. 2,275

NOTE: PERFORMANCE BONUS IS GIVEN TO THOSE DIRECT SELLER WHOSE MINIMUM PURCHASE OF RCM PRODUCT IS RS.100 /- PER MONTHS.

4.ROYALTY BONUS: THE DIRECT SELLER ARE ACHIEVING ROYALTY BONUS WHEN THEY ARE ACHIEVING THE BELOW MENTION BUSINESS VOLUME IN THEIR MAIN LEG AS WELL AS IN OTHER LEG. THEN ONLY COMPANY PROVIDE ROYALTY TO THEM IN CERTAIN PERCENTAGE.

NOTE:  AFTER ACHIEVING ROYALTY IT WILL RELEASED TO ONLY THOSE DIRECT SELLER WHOSE MINIMUM PURCHASE OF RCM PRODUCT IS OF 1500 B.VON ACCRUAL BASIS IN THE RELEVANT MONTHS. 

5. TECHNICAL BONUS:- TECHNICAL BONUS ARE ALLOWED TO THOSE DIRECT SELLER, WHO FULFILLS 8% ROYALTY FOR CONSECUTIVE 3 MONTHS THEN THEY ENTITLE FOR TECHNICAL BONUS. THEN COMPANY PROVIDES TECHNICAL BONUS TO THEM IN CERTAIN PERCENTAGE.

NOTE:- TECHNICAL BONUS WILL BE RELEASED TO ONLY THOSE DIRECT SELLER WHOSE MINIMUM PURCHASE OF RCM PRODUCT IS 1500 B.V ON ACCRUAL BASIS IN THE RELEVANT MONTHS.
